Our infrared Saunas

A conventional sauna must rely only on indirect means of heat: convection (air currents) and conduction (direct contact of hot air with the skin) to produce its heating effect. In our Quality Sauna,  infrared energy travels through the air as it does from the Sun to the earth, and heats on the body directly without heating up the media on its pass. As a result, it is quick and effective. The rising room temperature is due to the heat bounced back from the walls.

Our infrared/far Infrared heating system can warm you to a much greater depth and more efficiently than a conventional sauna, since its energy output primarily converts to radiant heat you feel inside the body rather than heating the surrounding air which would only provide superficial heating. This important difference explains many of the unprecedented benefits reported to be available through infrared /far Infrared, which are not attainable through the use of a conventional sauna.

The infrared energy in our sauna can help to induce more sweat than a traditional hot-air sauna while operating at a significantly lower temperature. The lower heat range is safer for those who concerned about heat stroke, have difficult breathing in a hot air environment or have adverse affects under higher temperatures.

Another benefit of infrared sauna is that it allows fresh air ventilation throughout the sauna session without diminishing the efficiency of the time spent inside. Because the hot air is not its primary heating source, its radiant heat works directly on your body.

The conventional hot-air saunas require extensive warm-up periods of 30 ~ 90 minutes, making them less practical than our infrared sauna which is ready for use in about 5 -10 minutes at room temperature. A quick and efficient warm up time and lower power consumption all result in cost and time savings to you.

What makes our saunas more desirable than a conventional sauna is a 30 minute session after a full warm-up costs about 10 cents. Daily usage of your sauna will raise your electrical bill by a mere $2- $5 per month comparing to $22.50 to $30.00 a month with a conventional sauna, if each is used for 30 minutes after warm-up.
